Whetstone Business Solutions LLC ("we," "us") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it. The hosting platform also processes basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to operate and secure the site. We do not collect payment information through this website; billing is handled separately under a signed engagement.
We use your information to review your request, respond, scope potential services, and follow up about the services you asked about. When you submit an inquiry, a sanitized summary (name, company, service, and timing — not your email, phone, or free-text notes) may be sent to our internal team channel so we can follow up promptly. We do not sell your information.
This website relies on the following service providers for the functions described: Base44, which hosts the application, database, and authentication; Cloudflare, which provides bot protection for our inquiry forms; and Slack, which delivers internal team notifications. QuickBooks and Google Workspace (including its eSignature feature) are used only after a signed engagement begins, not as part of website inquiry submission. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection tool, may use technical cookies as part of detecting automated abuse. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on how Turnstile works.
We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and to meet legitimate business and recordkeeping needs.
