These Website Terms govern your use of this website and the submission of inquiries. They are separate from any signed services agreement. If you engage Whetstone Business Solutions LLC for services, the signed agreement controls the scope, fees, and terms of that engagement.
Submitting an inquiry or training request creates no appointment, purchase, contract, or obligation to begin work. We review each request and follow up personally. Any engagement begins only after a scope is agreed and a signed agreement is in place.
Whetstone Business Solutions LLC provides AI consulting, automation, custom websites, dashboards, CRM tools and applications, and team training. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate signed agreement with each client.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise: standard projects are billed 50% before work begins and 50% at the defined final acceptance milestone; larger projects use individually agreed milestones; the final invoice is due 7 calendar days after acceptance and invoice receipt, whichever is later; client review periods are 5 business days and silence does not automatically mean acceptance; support is billed monthly in advance from an agreed start date; and support requires 30 days' written notice to cancel. A signed agreement governs each engagement and may modify these terms.
Results depend on your operations, data, team, and follow-through. We do not guarantee specific metrics, savings, or outcomes from any engagement.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, access to systems where agreed, and timely feedback during an engagement.
Custom work we build for you is transferred to you upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks we reuse under their own licenses.
Engagements may involve third-party services — for example, QuickBooks for invoicing and Google Workspace for eSignature — as agreed in the signed engagement. Those services are subject to their own terms.
We may update these Website Terms from time to time. The effective date below indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
